This is still there for completeness, allowing a super-user to manage the old menu system whilst setting up the new. You can set up one menu structure for yourself and test the results whilst leaving existing users with the old structure until you are ready to move across. However the changes to date only apply to Staff thus you will continue to use this form for Parent and Pupil portals until such time as we have extended the menu system to cover these. This we will be doing, as you will then (say) be able to have different menus for different pupil types or even down to individual pupil level.
