After you have run the updater your staff portal WILL NOT HAVE CHANGED UNTIL YOU set up your forms and reports. We have added all of the thirteen forms we have made available thus far, to your reps table and you can use the 'forms and reports' to set up SchoolBaseOnLine menus. We suggest that you have a Staff menu and an Administrators menu but as with SchoolBase® offline, you can have as many as you wish. Likewise you will be able to allocate the same form with different user rights. Once a member of staff is allocated to a menu and that menu has at least 1 item in it, they will see the new structure as shown here. For ease of understanding, in the picture above, we have shown all staff getting all menu items and clearly you would not want to give the administrative items to all staff!
