If you give staff the 'My staff Information' off line then this is very much the same – but somewhat cleaner and clearer in looks. Staff can use this form to update any information in the same way they can off-line.

Obviously there is much more data held on a staff member but this is not available here. The triggers to inform people (see email alters in System Variables) apply here such that if a member of staff changes information this can trigger an email to another designated person or persons.
