Recharge importer

A Bursar needed to import spreadsheets and we have developed the SBFinImporter for this purpose. Your spreadsheet needs to be in the right format but once in that format the system pulls it through, runs checks such as ensuring pupils are matched and then adds a recharge.

For schools organising trips etc you will almost certainly be using the tags in the pupil finder. We have now added a function to allow staff to create either a spreadsheet t o pass to the bursar or the information can be ‘posted’ to the bursar thus avoiding the need for any re-entry of data. The spreadsheet route is open to any school whilst the recharge posting is only available to schools using FeeMaster 3.
