On-line registration – JUST GOT WAY BETTER

A school just joined SchoolBase (and we now have over 200 schools using our systems) and they requested a change which we think others will love. Basically you can now use the Activities for a whole bunch of purposes – late dinner, early leavers, bus users, flexi boarding and of course, its original use for activities. Where it gets really good is that you can now see these activities in the full registration screen. It will pull through those pupils involved and better still, it can then be adjusted from the registration screen – we suspect this will spawn a whole host of requests but that’s what SchoolBase® is all about.  This does require you to be using the weekly process as of course things can and will change week by week. There are already billing functions linking this to FeeMaster® if your school is using this part of our software suite.
