Licence Process
This has been a constant issue. No longer will we include your licence system in the release. When a school has paid their bill, we will send them a new licence key. We have also removed the warning ‘your licence will expire in 29 days....’. Instead you will be warned for 10 days AFTER your licence has expired. If you pay in that 10 day period you will be sent a new licence – enter the licence and the message will stop appearing. But if you still have not paid, the system will stop working but when you open the system instead of just closing as it does now, a licence entry form will appear where a new licence can be inserted.
If however a school secretary, being the only person in school at this point who has no way of paying the bill, the staff here have been authorised to give schools ONE get out a jail free card that will extend the licence by a few days.
