Email copy to

We have changed email copy functions in a number of ways – firstly if you are sending an email to all parents and want to copy staff you can – and they only get 1 copy not 500! Tick the ‘Send copy to staff’ and you will move to the staff selection form to select the staff who need this email. What staff get is the email as sent to a parent with a message to the effect that ‘this email has been sent to the following parents’ with a list of those parents.

Copy to pupils was also asked for – just tick the box and each pupil will get a copy of that which is being sent to their parents. There are similar functions on that staff and pupil emails where you can choose to copy to the other two parties.

It has become clear here that the change from parent ‘Email 1 and email 2’ to Priority 1 and Priority 2 has gone unnoticed. When setting up parent information you can prioritise the sending of emails as shown below.
