Tagging of pupils is now completely managed from the Pupil Finder, allowing us to scrap the ‘Pupil Categorisation’ (TagSetter) form. There is a new ‘Tags’ button at the bottom of the right hand side of Finder, which opens the tag management area. Create tags simply, the same way as for staff and feeder schools, by selecting the pupils you want in the tag and typing in a name for the new tag. You can choose to make your tags private or public, and if private select delegates who also have access. Everyone will be able to see all tags, but you can only edit or delete if the tag is yours or you are a delegate.

Tags will no longer be deleted after an expiry date, it’s up to you to manage the tags you have created.
