Topic based reporting
New .net forms are available for staff to write reports set up using sections and topics. If you would like a topic based report please contact us.
Below are a couple of small examples showing how schools are using topics so far.

Curriculum – you can view all pupils in a group, e.g. archived, not just current. It was a problem removing old groups before from the curriculum as sometimes archived pupils remained in them
Registration - highlighting AM/PM colours differently in registration
Timetable - copy button in GroupTimetable so most details don’t have to be duplicated
Covers - reports on absences, can be separated into covers and invigilations (same on main form of cover menu)
The photo importer is now available without script runner
Pupil Candidate number, UCI and UPN for exams are now available for use in mail merge
R&S on pupil records ordered by date
Exams – you can now choose when to shut off results from the Exams Officers menu. The exams officers menu has had a bit of a facelift to include support functions such as importing base data, exam boards and types lookup tables and importing results. This should mean you are able to tidy up the main menu of your exams officers considerably.
FBS Mail now allows staff to set a reply address different from the school email address. You can also edit the reply address when you’re sending an email, and any email address box can now contain more than one email address, separated by semi-colons.
Curriculum - You can choose whether to use the standard or alternate group process from the Timetable Menu, allowing you to switch back and forth as needed for any unusual groups in your timetable.
Setting up SBTraining database, refreshing the database via SchoolBase without needing to go back into SQL server has been re-enabled.
The change log that was previously used just for changes to adult records (name and address data) now holds an audit of changes to staff data
