The Contact record has been cleaned up. The CRB, Notes, Features and Extra Information can now all be found on the ‘Additional Information’ tab. All the information you want to record here can be added to the dropdown menu via the Adult Features list in the Lookup Forms.  Any data currently held in these areas will have automatically been included.
