We have had several requests to be able to count how many pupils were at the school, or applying to come, at a particular point in time. We can now do this. There is a new form, PupilCounter, which you can set up on the required menu, that counts current pupils (and prospectives from a chosen stage if required) at a chosen date. Date of Birth, Cohort and Joining Date must be set for all pupils, including leaving date for archives. You can choose whether to group by or ignore year group, gender and boarding status, and whether you want a summary or a line per pupil. The finished report is in grid format so exports well to Excel.
