- Grade Shifter has been enhanced with the addition of two new radio buttons:
- you can now copy Pastoral comments from one set of reports to another in the same way as Grades and Scores, matching on groups
- similarly it is now possible to copy curriculum statements. In this instance you don’t need to pick a slot so these are greyed out and the instructions change to point out that it matches on groups.
- Following requests to filter by tagged group or by subject in AssList, this form has been updated to enable you to filter by pupil, year, form, etc and preview only those that apply to the assessment chosen
- Comment Checker can now be filtered by Form, Tutor, Year, etc when launched from AssList. You can still check the entire report by not selecting any radio buttons (an idea from Bancrofts School)
- Within System Variables you can choose to use Given name(default), First name or Report name as your preferred style for the # key to insert the pupil name (an idea from Queen Anne’s School)
- The use of the # key to insert the pupil name has been extended to Add-on reports (form AsAdd)
