SchoolBase Help

Welcome to the SchoolBase® Help website. The whole site is searchable, type what your looking for into the search box above right.

The main SchoolBase® Help area (top menu to the left) has content on all SchoolBase® forms, and the processes you may be doing on SchoolBase® such as admissions.

SchoolBase® Report help is now available in the public area of the site. There are examples here on most of our 400+ reports. The last few should be going on during Autumn 2009. See the second menu on the left for report help by category or search for the fields you are looking for above.

SchoolBase® Online help is available from the lozenge-shaped menu above. This is still under development but we hope to have comprehensive help here by mid 2010.

Each form in SchoolBase® has a Help button. Wherever possible this will link directly to the relevant part of the Help system.If you wish to access this directly from your browser, you should use the address 'http://www.schoolbasehelp.biz/' + the name of the form + '.html'.

You can log in to this site to have access to the Knowledge Base, both to read and write articles. Either use the same login as for Support on the main SchoolBase® site, or use the link bottom left to register your own account.
